Attorney Carla Newton will be a speaker at an all day MCLE seminar on April 14, 2010 at the Springfield Sheraton on "Sophisticated Issues in Western Massachusetts Family Law Practice". Attorney Newton will be a speaker and panel member on the subject of "Anatomy of an Alienation Case" along with area judges and Mindy Mitnick, a child psychologist from Minnesota with extensive experience in divorce and custody matters. The seminar will focus on the issues presented in difficult custody cases with a focus on parental alienation syndrome.
