Attorney Franklin L. Baxley has joined the Springfield law firm Robinson Donovan, P.C. Atty. Baxley, who has been in practice since 2006, specializes in employment law counseling and litigation.
Atty. Baxley holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. He was admitted to practice before the bar in New York in 2005 and Massachusetts in 2006, and in the Federal District Court for Massachusetts in 2007. He is member of the New York, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations.
Before joining Robinson Donovan, Atty. Baxley was an associate with the Boston firm Morgan, Brown & Joy. In that position, he gained experience in, among other things, employment discrimination and harassment prevention training; defense against claims of discrimination and harassment; wage and hour violations; and violations of employee requests for leave. Atty. Baxley previously worked as a compliance officer/investigator for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination. He is a MCAD/MCLE-certified trainer in the area of employment discrimination and harassment prevention.
A native of South Carolina, Atty. Baxley currently resides in Springfield.
