Robinson Donovan Attorneys Nancy Frankel Pelletier and David S. Lawless recently obtained dismissal of federal civil rights claims brought by a former Clinton, Massachusetts, Vice Principal. The plaintiff, whose employment was terminated as a result of the alleged sexual harassment of several students, claimed that the termination violated his right to procedural due process. Attorneys Frankel Pelletier and Lawless argued that the procedure employed by the Town was constitutional. The federal district court agreed, dismissed plaintiff’s federal civil rights claims, and remanded the matter for continued proceedings in state court.
