The plaintiff’s wife also brought a loss of consortium claim against the corporate defendant. The plaintiff alleged medical bills, lost wages, and lost earning capacity totaling over $700,000. Both parties employed the use of vocational and economic experts who testified at trial. On the fourth day of trial, the jury returned a verdict for the defendant, finding no liability against it.
