Opening remarks were made by Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Margaret H. Marshall.
Attorney Nancy Frankel Pelletier, the only Western Massachusetts attorney who was a participant, was a panel member in the discussion "Where We Are and Where We Are Going—What Would Pound Say?"
The Program created a forum in which an assessment of current issues in court administration could be reviewed and discussed.
