Massachusetts Rising Stars 2009 - Civil Litigation Defense

The annual Massachusetts Super Lawyers 2009 list is compiled through a state-by-state survey of lawyers. More than 800,000 lawyers across the country are asked to nominate the best attorneys they’ve seen in action.

The Top 100 Massachusetts Super Lawyers 2009 and Top 50 Women Massachusetts Super Lawyers 2009 is an alphabetical listing of the lawyers who received the highest point totals in the Massachusetts nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.

Massachusetts Rising Stars 2009 list uses the same criteria, except that those on the list must be either 40 years old or younger or must have been in practice for 10 years or fewer. Only the top 2.5 percent of lawyers in each state who meet those standards are named to the Rising Stars List.



Best Lawyers In America 2010 conducts exhaustive peer-review surveys in which thousands of leading lawyers confidentially evaluate their peers.
