Nancy Frankel Pelletier is known for the toughness, intelligence and creativity she brings to her work as a litigator. She is adept at bringing about positive out-of-court settlements for her clients because other attorneys know she’s ready to do battle in the courtroom, where she has a long, successful track record. Nancy represented former Jahn Foundry worker, Israel Pagan, recovering nearly $5 million for the Pagan family in worker's compensation and third-party benefits. She is a lawyer to whom others, including those outside Robinson Donovan, look for advice and counsel.

Born in Springfield in 1959, Nancy Frankel Pelletier is a resident of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. from Boston College in 1981, and was awarded a J.D. by the National Law Center, George Washington University in 1984.

Nancy has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and Women’s Bar Association. She sat on the Massachusetts Joint Bar Committee on Judicial Nomination, was appointed to the Western Regional Judicial Nominating Council, and was the only person from Western Massachusetts appointed by the governor to serve on the judicial commission created to select potential candidates for four vacancies on the Supreme Judicial Court. She was also appointed to the Superior Court Firm Fair Trial Initiative and 150th Anniversary Committees, and serves as Special Counsel to the Supreme Judicial Court Committee on Professional Responsibility.
Nancy is a Fellow in the International Association of Defense Counsel , Life Fellow in the Massachusetts Bar Foundation, and Master in the American Inns of Court.

Nancy frequently writes and lectures on trial tactics, municipal law and insurance issues for business and legal groups. She serves as a mediator/arbitrator privately and on behalf of the Hampden County Court.
