Antonio E. Dos Santos
CORPORATE AND BUSINESS LAW, REAL ESTATE, COMMERCIAL LENDING, MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS, TITLE INSURANCE, VENTURE CAPITAL FINANCING

With significant experience in corporate law, venture capital financing and commercial finance, Tony Dos Santos provides clients with a level of financial and legal sophistication uncommon in Western Massachusetts. While maintaining a practice in corporate, business law and banking, Tony also has experience in commercial real estate matters including leasing, finance, and title insurance.

Born in Springfield in 1975, Tony is a resident of Ludlow, Massachusetts. He was awarded a B.A. from Boston College in 1997, and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2000 where he served as a member and an associate editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law for two years. He was admitted to practice in Connecticut in 2000; U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut in 2001; and in Massachusetts in 2003.

He is a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Hampden County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association
(REBA) and the New England Land Title Association (NELTA).

Tony is currently serving on the Board of Selectmen for the Town of Ludlow and was formerly the Chairman of the Board. He was also a member of the Finance Committee of the Town. He is a corporator of both the Ludlow Community Center/Randall Boys and Girls Club and the Mason-Wright Foundation and serves on the Jimmy Fund/Jeffrey Vinick Memorial Golf Tournament Committee.

From 2005-2009 Tony was selected by the publishers of Boston Magazine and Law & Politics as a Massachusetts "Rising Star" top attorney under the age of 40. In 2007 Business West "featured him in their inaugural "Forty Under 40" edition of emerging young business people and he was also selected by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly" in 2007 to its list of fifteen Up & Coming Young Lawyers.

Before joining Robinson Donovan, Tony practiced in the corporate department of a large Hartford, Connecticut law firm.

Tony frequently lectures and publishes articles regarding closely held businesses and real estate. Most recently he was a panelist at the Massachusetts
Continuing Legal Education seminar entitled “Organizing, Buying and Selling
Privately Owned Businesses”.
